This category consists of pieces of the Fabletics brand that I’ve redesigned or created to be evergreen/lasting pieces of marketing materials that require infrequent updates. These include, but are not limited to, our Quarterly Insert, Transactional Emails, and Membership Communications.
VIP Quarterly Insert | 2019-Present




In January of 2019 I was asked to create an insert that new members would receive with their first Fabletics order. The goal was to explain the membership, welcome them to Fabletics, and educate them on our. various fabrics and well known products. This insert is updated on a quarterly basis.

Transactional Email Redesign | June 2019







On average transactional emails make up about 23% of all email revenue for Fabletics and they hadn’t been updated since 2013. The transactional emails were stale, outdated, and off brand. Our goal was to redesign all 65 transactional emails to align with current brand standards as well as use what we have tested and proven increases click-through such as moving CTAs up higher and GIF-ing where possible.

Over the years Fabletics has gotten numerous complaints on how confusing the membership is, so my task was to create assets that would be on brand, catch her eye, and inform her of how easy our membership is. This project was a huge haul because we had to get the language and look right since this would be some of our customers first interactions with us. These assets also have influenced and shaped how we approach our brand all across the board. The hope is that these assets will increase acquisition as well as keep current members from cancelling once they understand how the membership works.
